In order for the withdrawal to take place, the following is necessary:

  • Important: it is NOT possible to send parcels to a parcel machine, only to a traditional parcel point
  • Please notify us of your intention to cancel by filling out the form below
  • Then please fold and pack the product to be returned so that there is no problem on the way back
  • Take the package to a Packeta delivery location and clearly write the following identification code on it: 94670118 - write the name on the package
  • When handing over the package, please state the name given in the order at the place of dispatch, so that we can identify the package when it returns to us. Returns are free
