B) Complete the return form available here
C) Submit the package as detailed below, at a Packeta drop-off point
Details:
- After wrapping, hand in the product you have for free at a suitable Packeta parcel point.
- Place a new order to get the product in the right size as soon as possible.
- Important: it is NOT possible to send parcels to a parcel machine, only to a traditional parcel point
- Please indicate your intention to exchange by filling out the form below
- Then please fold and pack the product to be returned so that there is no problem on the way back
- Take the package to a Packeta delivery location and clearly write the following identification code on it: 94670118 - write the name on the package
- When handing over the package, please state the name given in the order at the place of dispatch, so that we can identify the package when it returns to us. Returns are free

- Please keep the delivery receipt
- As soon as our warehouse employees have received the package, they will notify us and we will refund the value of your previous purchase
